Getting In

We recommend flying into Nashville International Airport (BNA)!

Car

Getting Downtown

BNA is a quick Uber ride to downtown. Parking in Nashville can be expensive & tricky, so we don't necessarily recommend renting a car unless you plan to do a lot of exploring!

Note

Book your travel early!

While Nashville feels like a second home to us, it is a very popular tourist destination. We recommend booking travel & accommodations ASAP to ensure you lock in the best rates.

Registry

We appreciate all your love & support! Your presence at our wedding is already a gift. Below we've included a couple experiences, as well as links to our Crate & Barrel and Zola registries. We look forward to celebrating together!

Q & A

Check out the Q&A below should you have any additional questions about the weekend!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please fill out your online RSVP on the website by September 1st, 2025 so that we may obtain an accurate head count for meal & seating arrangements.

Can I bring a date?

Your invite will indicate the number of people in your party which is what we can accommodate.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, however we will be having an adult-only event weekend, unless otherwise noted on your invite. Please refer to your invitation and RSVP card for details, and feel free to contact the bride or groom with specific questions.

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

We've secured room blocks in the Gulch area of Nashville (see above after entering the password on your invite to 'unlock guest details'). Guests are free to book their own lodging, though we would of course love for you to take advantage of the great rates in the wedding room blocks. We would strongly advise against staying on or directly near Broadway if you want a quiet room / ability to sleep as the party does last all night there. The Gulch location was chosen intentionally to provide a buffer (but still walkable) space between our hotels and Broadway - so you can enjoy the scenes but still get a bit of R&R on this trip!

What will the weather be like?

Nashville weather can vary so please check the weather prior to the trip!

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Yes, and we will have a golf cart available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property!

Where should I park?

There will be no parking at the venue. Please leverage a ridesharing app or plan to utilize the shuttles leaving from The W Hotel.

What should I wear?

Formal attire is required (i.e.: suits, floor length dresses).

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors & the reception will be indoors.

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

I'd recommend a chunkier heel as the ceremony will take place on grass.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our photographers to capture the best shots. However, please take as many photos as you want the rest of the evening. We would love for you to take them & share them with us afterwards for the memories!

Whom should I call with questions?

If any questions prior to the wedding, please reach out to us.
